The Council for Exceptional Children recognizes children who have made "exceptional strides" by presenting them with a Yes I Can! Speak Farsi award. The deadline to enter is 25th of each month on 2009. We must receive your nomination by email with a phone number so we can talk Farsi with nominated kid. Candidates must be between 3 to 16 years of age when they are nominated.
