Bazaar Table Rental Application

 

1. The Rental Fees is $250 per table(table size: 8” X2’ w/2 chairs)

³ Rental fee is due at the time of submission of the application, checks should be payable to koodak Events & there would be NO refunds for participant’s cancellation.

2. Doors open for Vendors to setup on Sunday morning at 9:00am.  All crafters are to be set-up and ready to sell by 11:am.

³ Vendors must supply their own Display set-ups, Racks, Hangers or any other item needed to showcase their products (display space will be limited to the rented table and the area behind it).

³ Vendors are responsible for their own items and displays at all time.

³ Nothing shall be nailed, stapled, or otherwise affixed on the walls, floors, or any part of the exhibition rooms or curtains.

3. All items to be sold and displayed must be approved by the KE Bazaar Committee which reserves the right to decline any application that may deem inappropriate. It is also prohibited to sell the following items:

³ HOOKA & CIGARS

³ ANY TYPE OF TOYS THAT MAY HARM TO PEOPLE

4. We promise to advertise and promote our event for you.
